• Formulario de solicitud (llamada o presentación): nombre, empresa, teléfono, correo electrónico, perfil profesional y el mensaje que escriba.
• Suscripción a novedades: correo electrónico.
• Estadística de visitas (sin cookies): páginas visitadas y tiempo en cada una, página de procedencia, tipo de navegador y dispositivo, ciudad y país aproximados, y la red o proveedor de acceso a Internet. Su dirección IP se utiliza solo en el momento de la visita para identificar la red y detectar visitas automáticas (bots); no se guarda completa: solo se conserva un código cifrado de un solo sentido, con una clave que cambia cada día, que no permite recuperar la IP ni identificarle.

• Atender su solicitud: llamarle o enviarle la presentación de producto y proceso.
• Enviarle novedades sobre SHEET® si se ha suscrito.
• Conocer de forma agregada cómo se usa el sitio web, distinguir las visitas de personas de las automáticas y mejorar los contenidos.
• Cumplir las obligaciones legales aplicables.

• Consentimiento: al enviar el formulario de solicitud o suscribirse a novedades. Puede retirarlo en cualquier momento.
• Interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f RGPD): para la estadística de visitas descrita y la seguridad del sitio web. Puede oponerse escribiendo a info@sheet-architectural.com.
• Obligación legal: para cumplir las obligaciones legales aplicables.

• Solicitudes: el tiempo necesario para atenderlas y, después, durante los plazos legales de prescripción.
• Suscripción: hasta que se dé de baja.
• Estadística de visitas: el detalle de cada visita se borra automáticamente a los 30 días. Solo se conservan recuentos diarios anónimos.

No cedemos sus datos a terceros salvo obligación legal. Los tratan, por cuenta nuestra, los siguientes proveedores:

• Netlify (EE. UU.): alojamiento del sitio web.
• Neon (EE. UU.): base de datos PostgreSQL con servidores en EE. UU.; almacenamiento de solicitudes, suscripciones y estadística de visitas.
• IPinfo (EE. UU.): identificar la red o proveedor de la conexión a partir de la dirección IP, sin conservarla.
• Telegram: avisarnos de las solicitudes y de las visitas, sin dirección IP.
• Resend (EE. UU.): envío de las novedades a los suscriptores.
• Cloudinary: almacenamiento de imágenes del sitio web.

Las transferencias a EE. UU. se realizan con las garantías previstas en el RGPD (Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o cláusulas contractuales tipo).

Puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición escribiendo a info@sheet-architectural.com. También puede presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

Aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas adecuadas para proteger sus datos frente al acceso no autorizado, la alteración, la divulgación o la destrucción.

• News subscription: email address.
• Visit statistics (no cookies): pages visited and time on each one, referring page, browser and device type, approximate city and country, and the network or Internet provider. Your IP address is used only at the moment of the visit to identify the network and detect automated visits (bots); it is not stored in full: only a one-way encrypted code is kept, with a key that changes every day, which does not allow the IP to be recovered or you to be identified.

• Handling your request: calling you or sending you the product and process presentation.
• Sending you news about SHEET® if you have subscribed.
• Understanding, in aggregate, how the website is used, telling human visits apart from automated ones, and improving the content.
• Complying with applicable legal obligations.

• Consent: when you send the request form or subscribe to news. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for the visit statistics described and website security. You can object by writing to info@sheet-architectural.com.
• Legal obligation: to comply with applicable legal obligations.

• Requests: for as long as needed to handle them and then for the legal limitation periods.
• Subscription: until you unsubscribe.
• Visit statistics: the detail of each visit is deleted automatically after 30 days. Only anonymous daily counts are kept.

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The following providers process it on our behalf:

• Netlify (USA): website hosting.
• Neon (USA): PostgreSQL database with servers in the USA; storage of requests, subscriptions and visit statistics.
• IPinfo (USA): identifying the network or provider of the connection from the IP address, without storing it.
• Telegram: notifying us of requests and visits, without the IP address.
• Resend (USA): sending news to subscribers.
• Cloudinary: storage of website images.

Transfers to the USA are made with the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to info@sheet-architectural.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
